OUR VISION

It was with prayer and reaching out to God that the vision of It's A Small World unfolded in January 2011. The goal is to work with fair trade organizations around the globe by purchasing handicrafts, jewellery and other items from artisans in 3rd world countries at fair trade prices, and in turn bring some beautiful one-of-a-kind handmade items to you.

Right now we are working with four organization's; the Pader Girl's Academy in Uganda, Twigz Creations, Keiskamma Trust in South Africa, and Cards From Africa in Rwanda, and we will continue to search for other fair trade organizations that can distribute jewellery and fair trade items through us. With your support, we can offer hope and a better future for the poor of the world.

Our paper beaded necklaces are created by the young women at the Pader Girl's Academy in northern Uganda, who use the proceeds to help with their daily needs and to provide medical care for their children.

Keiskamma Canada Foundation is a registered charity whose aims are to relieve poverty, raise awareness of HIV/AIDS and promote health and well-being for the people of Africa.

Cards From Africa: Our mission is to improve the quality of life for orphaned youth in Rwanda by providing employment at strong wages under Fair Trade principles.
